The soul selects her own society

The soul selects her own society,
Then shuts the door;
On her divine majority
Obtrude no more.
Unmoved, she notes the chariot's pausing
At her low gate;
Unmoved, an emperor is kneeling
Upon her mat.
I've known her from an ample nation
Choose one;
Then close

I think she is saying that once your soul chooses were it wants to be in society it closes doors and thats how you become friends or lovers with another person. but i really found that, after doing reaserch, this poem is about our human yearning for intimacy, but with just one person. The person of our choosing. There are many people to choose \"from an ample nation\", but you want to \"Choose One--\", who draws your attention unlike \"the Chariots\", \"an Emperor\", or the \"divine Majority\" that render you \"Unmoved--\". Theses are titular people who value social status. To \"The Soul [that] selects her own Society\" none of these things matter, the only thing that matters is that the other person understands her. Once she finds that person she \"shuts the Door--\" and \"close the Valves of her attention\"

Clown

HELLO AGAIN!!!!!!  How are you doing??? You look good! well lets get to the point of thissss. this week i named my blog after KoRn's Clown. this song is amazing!! its an amazing riff to play anf it just gets you pumped up!!! haha now ive heard that the song can be one of two meanings. onw is that a guy came up to John Davis (singer) and punched him in the mouth. and after that the manger of KoRn came and knocked the guy out cold. so theres that. and the other meaning of it is that John was tourmented and bullied in school. if you look up the lyrics to this song it makes sense, i would post them but they are kind of bad.... but i can put some!

 "Scream at me again, if you like
Throw your hate at me with all your might
Hit me 'cause I'm strange, hit me!"

i think it is about bulling in general. but over all a very good song. here it is!

there you are!!

hmmm english...... uhhh i do not know what to put....grrrr. ok well i guess i can say im not looking foward to ths test over Caesar! that counts right?! i hope so....

if you sneezed while reading this bless your face! BYE!!!

Mr. Crowley

HELLO!!!!!!!!! Sooo music time, the song I picked for this week is none other than Mr. Crowley.
Right. I know this is a little off topic, but I've been researching the lyrics of Stairway to Heaven by Led Zepplin for some months now. Go to albinoblacksheep.com and search Led Zepplin backward lyrics... you'll see what I mean. Anyway, the backward lyrics are based on Mr. Crowley's old residence, the Boleskin house. What's odd, though, is that it's been said that Jimmy Page took only 5 minutes to write the song, and he was sitting in the particular house. Now I'm getting off topic. It's clear to me that the song is indeed about Aleister Crowely and his rather dedicated thoughts and, shall I say, love for Satan. The whole White Horse thing is most likely about the white horseman during the apocolypse, but i have heard it's about cocaine. It makes sense with the lyrics "Did you ride my white horse, its symbolic of course." But in the end, it's a very good song, with an amazing solo done by my hero\inspiration, Randy Rhodes.

english: ummm, Caesar is REALLY good so far and i really enjoy it. Oh and i have some puzzles to show the class. So yeah

BAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bay counrty

Okay, this song is flat out, undeniably a tribute to the late, great Hunter S. Thompson. The song is based off "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas." Even the music video has clips from the movie. Even the booklet in the CD credits Hunter S. Thompson with the opening line, "He who makes a beast out of himself, gets rid of the pain of being a man." Yes, this quote illustrates the fact of using copious amounts of drugs and alcohol to forget emotional pain, but it also means that one who turns himself into a beast, shunning society and rejecting human emotion, living at will only on need and instinct, will no longer feel the emotional pains of man as brought on by society, a.k.a. rejection, disgust, loneliness, isolation, social fear. It pretty much means that if you cannot strive above the regular human ideals, then drop below them, into the realm of the beast.
soo english time, ummmmm Casear is pretty good so far! i really enjoy it! cant wait until i read moree

welp goodbye and ill see ya all nect week!
